Admin user doesn't get mail when auction ends

Normally the admin user gets an email when an auction is ended with the winner inside the mail.
This doesn't work...
Only the winner gets an email saying he is the winner.

Can you let me know where to look to solve this? Otherwise i will send you my credentials so you can have a quick look.

Could be either in your spam folder or there might be a delay via your hosting provider.

Not in spam and not delayed.. Other mails are sended directly!
Is it possible to let only send an mail with the winner in?

Can you check if you are getting other emails that get sent out to the admin email. For instance, turn on email notifications for any comments placed and place a test comment to see if you get the email.

I've notified my developer about this.

You can still see your closed auctions, and the who the winner was, under the Closed Auctions tab. If you are not getting the emails you still have a recourse to get that information.

The auction uses exactly the same system to send email to admin as it does to normal users (PHP Mail)

The only thing I can recommend is that you delete the admin address (under General Settings), save and key it in again and Save. This should ensure that the plugin has the correct address.

Please also check that under the WordPress General Settings you have the correct email address, as there may be parts of the plugin that make use of this address.

I mispelled the mail address under general settings, now it works.

Btw Owen: It would be nice to let us choose to send every activity about an auction, or only 1 mail when an auction closes (with winner etc)...
f.e.: I have 50 auctions online, each auction has 50 bidders.
In this case I get 250 mails about the auctions.
What I want to see here is just an email when an auction is closed...
Do you think such thing is possible?
