WP Auction on allow Bidding and other issues

My WP auction won't allow me to view the description, makes bids, buy now, or any of these functions. Don't know what i'm doing wrong. When you click on the Bid Now button from the widget, the box opens, but the only area you can type in is the "enter email" box. Any help with this is appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me. It seems that the auction is working now. not sure why, but it is.

However, we are having another issue..

Another issue we are having is that when we insert the auction on our pages, it gets placed with lots and lots of space between our text and the auction box itself. So that the auction box is way down on the page and makes the page look terrible. See page:

Are you sure it's our plugin?

We don't have anything in our CSS files that would affect image placement.

If you de-activate our plugin it will remove our CSS and JS stylesheets from loading. If there is no change that means it's not our plugin, but rather something else affecting the spaces you are getting.
