Paypal Instant Payment Notification

My case is that when I use the Buy It now function, a user bid a auction and he get the paypal link for payment. However, he may not pay it but the auction will be closed already. How can I make use of the paypal Instant Payment Notification to update the status of auction after we confirmed that the payment is really paid.

Any code supported to it? Otherwise, how can we make the case to become online real time payment? Thanks!

Hi, currently the Buy it Now works as you described, i.e closing the auction and sending the payment link via email.

Our next few releases will have tighter integration with PayPal. We thank you for your patience as we continue to make our plugin better. We cannot give a timeline for when we will have such a feature integrated into our plugin.

If you really want that feature, you are free to recruit a developer, to build it out for you.
